A. A broken appliance in your house results in two choices. You can call for professional appliance repair in an attempt to save a little money and keep on using your old refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or dryer or washing machine or replace the old appliance with a new model.

Household appliances have an average lifetime. If the current home appliance is within the earlier or middle stages of that average lifetime, we recommend calling our appliance repair company. If the home appliance is nearing the final part of its expected lifetime, we recommend to replace it with a new unit if your budget allows.

A. Definitely. Our appliance repair service includes a warranty on all parts and labor. We use manufacturer appliance parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and many other common appliance brands to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. Do not hesitate to call us anytime following our service if any issues return with your appliance.

Q. CAN YOU REPAIR THE APPLIANCE DURING YOUR INITIAL TRIP?

A. We can. We load all of our service vans with over 90% of the common manufacturer appliance parts and the necessary tools to perform our appliance repair service. If we do have to come back at a later time to complete a repair, there will be no extra service charge. We estimate we can finish over 90% of our appliance repair appointments during the initial visit.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour window for the technician to be at your residence. We understand how important your time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive during the earlier portion of our scheduled timeframe. That said, if an earlier repair or appointment lasts much longer than expected, this allows our technician time to be able to still arrive on schedule in the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival.
